About Clear Path Autism

WHO THIS IS FOR

This space was created for parents who are doing everything they can to support their child—but still feel overwhelmed trying to make things work in everyday life.

You may have the information, the resources, and even support systems in place… but translating that into real, consistent routines at home can feel like a completely different challenge.

You’re not alone in that.

MY STORY

Hi, I’m Krysten, the founder of Clear Path Autism.

My work is shaped not only by my background in education and ongoing learning, but also by my lived experience as a parent.

As a solo parent to children on the autism spectrum, I’ve navigated a wide range of challenges that come with supporting very different needs—while balancing everything on my own.

Alongside my experience as an educator, I have spent years advocating for both my own children and the students I’ve worked with. Through that experience, I’ve learned, adapted, and created systems that actually work in real life—not just in theory.

This allows me to support other parents with both practical guidance and a deep understanding of what this journey truly looks like.

What’s Next?

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

MY APPROACH

Clear Path Autism is not therapy or a clinical service.

My role is to support you—the parent.

I focus on helping you:

  • Create routines that feel manageable and consistent

  • Respond to challenges with more clarity and confidence

  • Build systems that support your child’s independence

  • Reduce daily stress and overwhelm

Everything we work on is designed to fit into your real life—not add more to your plate.

WHY THIS MATTERS

I know how heavy this can feel.

The appointments, the constant problem-solving, the pressure to “get it right”—all while trying to manage everyday life.

But small, intentional changes can make a meaningful difference.

With the right support, things can feel calmer, more structured, and more manageable.
